What is responsible gaming and why does it matter
The wellbeing and peace of mind of every player at bd567 is our highest priority.
Online gaming is a great form of entertainment, but it should always be a source of fun — not a financial burden or source of stress. bd567 believes that when every user plays responsibly, the gaming experience becomes even more enjoyable.
Responsible gaming means staying aware of your time and money, setting limits, and never letting gaming take priority over the other important things in your life. On the bd567 platform, we provide a number of effective tools and resources to support our players on this path.
Remember: gaming is for entertainment only. You should never continue playing in the hope of recovering money you have lost. At bd567, we always want our players to play with a clear head and within their means.

Our protection tools and features
The bd567 platform offers several powerful tools to keep your gaming experience safe.
Setting deposit limits
At bd567, you can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, deposits above that amount will be blocked automatically. This is the most effective way to prevent overspending.
Time-out feature
If you feel you need a break, use bd567's time-out feature. You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days. You will not be able to log in during this period.
Self-Exclusion
If you are having difficulty keeping your gaming under control, choose the self-exclusion option. You can close your account completely for between 6 months and 5 years. No promotional communications will be sent during this time.
Age verification system
bd567 verifies age at account creation. Only players aged 21 and over may register. In cases of doubt, we may request additional verification documents, and accounts belonging to underage users are closed immediately.

The bd567 support team is always ready for any questions or issues related to responsible gaming. Contact us at any time via live chat in Bengali.

Warning signs of problem gaming
Check yourself — do any of these questions apply to you?
It can sometimes be hard to tell whether gaming is becoming a problem. If any of the signs below appear in your life, consider seeking help:
- You keep playing to try to win back money you have lost — this pattern is dangerous
- You are hiding your gaming from family or friends
- You feel uncomfortable or angry when asked to stop gaming
- You are spending money on gaming that you need for everyday essentials
- Gaming is harming your work, studies, or family relationships
- You are gaming with borrowed money or by drawing on your savings
- You feel restless or depressed when you are not gaming
Build healthy gaming habits
Follow these simple guidelines and gaming will always remain enjoyable.
Set your budget first
Before you start gaming, decide the maximum amount you are willing to spend. When that amount is gone, end the session — do not try to recover what you have lost.
Stick to time limits
Playing for long stretches at a time is not good for you. Set a time limit for each session and take a break when it is up.
Gaming is entertainment, not income
Do not expect regular earnings from gaming. It is a form of entertainment, and keeping that mindset makes for a better experience.
Do not play under stress
If you are feeling down, angry, or frustrated, take a break from gaming. Decisions made under emotion often lead to losses.
Keep your family informed
Talk openly with your family about gaming. Family support is the greatest asset for responsible gaming.
